Highlights
I’ll keep this brief: If you have any motion graphics / video editing roles open, let’s chat! I have no emotional backstory to wax poetic about, just that I’ve been out of a job for half a year and need stability. I have 10 years of motion graphics experience and would love even just a chance to interview. Thank you.
As one of my co-workers said after this news broke, "I've always wanted to be in the 10% of something, but I guess I should've been more clear about it."
And that is exactly what I'm now a part of. While life will move on indeed, when I sit back, I'm truly proud and grateful for everything I accomplished at IMGN Media which will soon be no more.
To keep this somewhat brief, but give credit where it is due, I specifically wish to shout out Dor Mizrahi Barak Shragai Krista D'Archi Howard Collings Veronika Rodriguez Chelsey Tate Taylor Lupo Lynsey Beth Futa Kaydia Clarke Irit Zeevi Matthew Tolkowsky and the entire team of creatives under my wing on paper, yet always saw as equals if not more talented than myself Alyssa Silverio Girelis Guzman Alexandra Quintana Ben Camp Angel J. Alcantara London Jones Constanza Cabrera & Joy Park for their support over the nearly 5 years and ultimately taking a chance on me.
For answering the millions of questions I had with grace, giving me opportunities to explore and learn, make mistakes (big emphasis here), and who always led with unwavering bravery through such unique times. I got to learn how to move through a constantly shifting environment from having to do talent sourcing, onboarding/training, layoff support, being acquired as a whole company, to even losing an a good friend and soul (David Amutah - rest in peace my guy, we miss you dearly).
As I mentally prepare for #openforwork mode and decide what is right for my next move, I can say with the utmost confidence the skills I have harnessed in the social media & marketing space because of everyone I met at IMGN & Warner Music Group are for life.
If you have any leads for a role as a content creator, motion graphics designer, video editor, or even UI in the NYC metro area (FT/hybrid/remote) - I would love to chat! #warnermusic #wmg #graphicdesign #motiondesign #gaming #socialmediamarketing #videoediting
