Alexander Skinner is a seasoned professional with a strong background in international economics and global affairs. His expertise lies in engagement with country authorities on transparency, economic sustainability, poverty reduction, and capacity building.

Skinner has a proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. His skill set includes strong quantitative, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. He has contributed as a researcher to the prestigious World Development Report and was a co-creator of an innovative diagnostic tool for quantifying poverty alleviation.

With a diverse educational background, Skinner has studied Economics & International Relations at The Johns Hopkins University, International Relations & Modern History at the University of St. Andrews, and Political Science and History at The University of Western Ontario.

Throughout his career, Skinner has held key positions in various international organizations. He has served as a Senior Research Officer at the International Monetary Fund, Economist - Consultant at the World Bank Group, Consultant at The World Bank for the World Development Report 2013, and Research Analyst at Sidar Global Advisors.

Additionally, Skinner has gained valuable experience through internships at globally recognized entities such as UNIDO, UNODC, and BAWAG P.S.K. Leasing GmbH, as well as working as a Civil Servant at the Austrian Interior Ministry.
