It was so gratifying to speak to nearly 100 companies this morning about #customereducation for #tech upon a kind invite from the European Business Association. As customer education is gaining momentum and becoming a must for growing #brand loyalty and sales, many companies are revisiting their approach to #B2B #marketing and shifting their focus to trusted customer engagement to bring value to their clients. 75% of participants today reported stalled or declining #MROI in the last 3 years and are looking for ways to solidify their marketing efforts to build meaningful long term relationships with their clients.
I've led customer/ executive/ marketing education initiatives for over 15 years and have been particularly delighted today to note how this trend, once a prerogative of the very few top techs, is now spreading across SMEs and large companies whose agile and forward thinking approach helps them build successful customer education functions internally or via outsource.
