Previously, Alexandra served as the Head of Customer Experience for North America at Bambora, a startup that was acquired for $1.75 billion.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, marketing, and customer experience, Alexandra has authored two books and contributed over 200 articles on these subjects.

In her leisure time, she enjoys horseback riding and indulging in a good book.

Alexandra holds a B.Sc. with Distinction in Biology & Business from Queen's University and an International Baccalaureate Degree with Honours from Glenlyon Norfolk School.
