The Franco-Belgian coalition led by the Ville de Roubaix has just won the #lowtech good living #Interreg EU project: "Vivons LowTech Leven"!

The aim is to reinvent the way we live in cities in the current climate emergency, by strengthening the links between the public, private and citizen sectors in order to find low-energy solutions.

Anthesis Group has supported this project for the past two years and we are proud of the success of the City and its Franco-Belgian partners. It's a strong signal that we're moving towards a more collaborative future in which citizens, public bodies and private sector experts will be working - via #FabLabs, innovative pilots and even calls for applications - on the best solutions for living better with less.

Kate Raworth's Doughnut Economy is the compass that points the way. Citizens must play their part in this new eco-systemic paradigm, as I have explained on numerous occasions through the concept of the HumanSphere. It is now our duty to accelerate these changes, and they start with living better together and living better in a reasoned way.

LowTech is an advanced disruptive strategy within the concept of the circular economy, because we need disruption.

Here we have one of the biggest LowTech projects today, which will now be able to be implemented in two neighbouring countries. It's a wonderful symbol that we support.
