Alexei Tajzler is a seasoned architect with over 12 years of experience at HLZA, where he heads a team of 12 Project Managers and Associates overseeing projects from start to finish.

His expertise lies in reviewing construction documentation, proposing alternative solutions, project planning, and leveraging his team's strengths to meet project requirements.

Alexei was instrumental in the restoration of several iconic buildings like 6 Harrison Street, 595 West End Avenue, and 75 Broad Street, where he managed significant restoration work on facades, roofs, and architectural elements.

He has also contributed to modern projects such as 400 Chambers and the tower of 215 East 96th Street, showcasing his versatility in architectural restoration and renovation.

Currently, Alexei is leading a team working on the facade restoration of 108 Leonard Street, 140 West 69th Street, and 60 East 96th Street, demonstrating his commitment to preserving historical and pre-war buildings in Manhattan.

Alexei Tajzler holds a degree in Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) for New York City.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions at HLZA, starting as a Junior Architect and working his way up to his current role as a Director, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the field of architecture.
