Highlights
From time to time people ask me what is a Holistic Software Engineer? Is it like a Holistic Detective from the book of Douglas Adams? Yeh, not really -) I placed this explanation right here, to refer to later.
â... the holistic software engineer has a complete understanding of the project â from its purpose right down to its implementation details.
They can speak to the various decisions that went into designing the project. They can quickly iterate on new designs when the implementation in the âassemblyâ of the software runs into performance problems. They can also understand how decisions impact users of the system, and what aspects of the systemâs performance would be most important to its users.â

This is my last week at Sensor Tower. This is a wonderful company, which employs not only highly professional specialists, but also nice and friendly people. I learned a lot about RoR and MongoDB during my time at the company. I'm quitting just because of found it's not mine and I want be back to the Web3/blockchain industry.
Definitely, I can recommend anyone who loves RoR to join Sensor Tower. This is really a great company!
