He is known for building global people analytics, digital HR, and strategic workforce planning strategies from the ground up and is passionate about analytics, technology, digitization, and their impact on business models.

Having a background in consulting, Alexis has led initiatives in business management, sales and marketing, future ways of working, Industry 4.0, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, organization development, digital transformation, analytics, talent management, and performance management.

Alexis has a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in Corporate Strategy & Organization from ESCP Business School, a Diplomkaufmann in Corporate Strategy from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and an MSc in Management from London Business School.

Throughout his career, Alexis has held key positions such as Global Head of Digital HR Technologies & People Analytics, Global Head of People Analytics & Strategic Workforce Planning, Global Head of Org Design and People Analytics, APAC and LATAM HR Director at Merck Group, and various leadership roles at Aon Hewitt, Accenture, and Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group.

He is also actively involved in not-for-profit consulting and research boards, showcasing his commitment to giving back to the community and advancing causes beyond the corporate realm.
