Alfreda Nwosu is a dedicated professional with a background in international development, policy critique, and business development.

She holds a Master of Science degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hood College.

Alfreda has held positions such as Program Manager at The MMI Gateway Foundation, Business Development/Project Coordinator at Raffa, PC, and Administrative Assistant in the President's office at ACDI/VOCA.

Her diverse experience includes roles as an Intern at UNESCO, Teaching Assistant in Political Science at Hood College, Intern at the Frederick Commission for Women in the Frederick County Government, and Research Assistant on a project about Black Mega Churches' involvement in Public Life.

Alfreda is known for her transferable programmatic and administrative skills, promoting good leadership, inclusive policies, and diversity practices.
