Alice Tenjiwe Kabwe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in child development, healthcare initiatives, and international relations. She is the Co-Founder & Consultant at the Universal Baby Project, focusing on innovative solutions for child development.2

Alice holds a B.A. in International Relations & Economics from Boston University and an Ed.M. in Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked at the intersection of health, early learning, responsive caregiving, and disability inclusion across several countries in Africa and the United States.2

In her personal life, Alice is married to Matthew Grollnek, and together they have two children. The family spent a year and a half traveling to various countries, including South Africa, Kenya, Zambia, Spain, the USA, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, while educating their children through various methods such as local schools, tutoring, worldschooling, and unschooling.1

Alice is passionate about human development across cultures and creating inclusive environments. Her work focuses on enhancing nurturing care for all children and inclusive practices for children with neurodevelopmental challenges.2
