Alisa Bajramovic is a highly-educated individual with a diverse background in history, gender studies, and software engineering. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History and Sexuality, Women's, & Gender Studies from Amherst College, a Master of Science in Gender History from the University of Glasgow, and also pursued further education in Full Stack Software Engineering at Flatiron School. Alisa broadened her academic horizons through a Study Abroad program focusing on Modern British History at The University of Edinburgh.

Professionally, Alisa has held various roles in the tech industry, showcasing her expertise and versatility. She currently serves as a Developer Relations Advocate at LeagueApps, where she leverages her technical background to build relationships and advocate for developers. Prior to this role, Alisa garnered experience as a Technical Writer at Microsoft, a Frontend Software Engineer at Ravo, and a Software Engineer at Legit Clinic. Her journey into software engineering began as a student at Flatiron School.

Apart from her tech roles, Alisa has been involved in a diverse array of organizations and internships, demonstrating a commitment to social causes and research. She has contributed as a Heritage Outreach Intern at Digging In, a Grants and Contracts Intern at The Legal Aid Society of NYC, and a Growth and Partnership Development Intern at Collective Agency. Additionally, Alisa has engaged in research roles such as a Research Fellow at Mellon Research Fellowship and a Research Assistant at Amherst College in the Sexuality, Women's, & Gender Studies Department under Professor Krupa Shandilya.
