Practical Tips: Discover the best organic ingredients, offer substitutions, and share insights about prepping and reading labels. Community Support: A welcoming space to post your own tips, recipes, and questions. Together, we can inspire and support each other on this journey.
-
My Personal Journey: Eight months ago, a health diagnosis motivated me to overhaul my diet and embrace non-processed foods. I thought I was already eating pretty healthy, but boy was I in for a surprise! The more I learned about the healing power of food, the more inspired I got—and the more I changed.
Growing up with a clinical dietician as a mother meant I was always surrounded by colorful plates and healthy eating conversations. I may have rolled my eyes back then, but now I couldn’t be more grateful. This journey has reignited my passion for food that nourishes both body and soul—and let’s be honest, it’s way more fun than I ever expected!
Join Us! I invite you to join FOODORGANICA and be part of a supportive community. Let’s share our favorite recipes, tips, and stories about living a happy and healthy organic lifestyle. Your experiences are valuable, so don’t hesitate to post your own tips, recipes, and questions. Together, we can inspire and support each other on this organic journey!

Don't keep your knowledge and stories in your head! What are they doing in there anyway? You have a story—get it out!
If you're considering writing a book, please join MeiMei Fox in her next cohort.
I'm still writing mine (slow me), but the things I’ve learned from her course are invaluable and spot on. MeiMei's teaching style is professional, thoughtful, and delightful. She’s the CEO of writing.
Tell her Alison sent you, OK? And I’ll await my thank-you message because I already know it’s worth it.
