Alison Noji is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in various organizations.

Alison received her High School Diploma from Friends School of Baltimore and pursued further studies in French and International Studies at the University of Richmond. She expanded her educational horizons by studying at Institut catholique de Paris and eventually completed her Master of Education - MEd degree at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.

Alison has held several key positions throughout her career, showcasing her expertise and commitment to global initiatives and education. She served as the Associate Director at Penn Global within the University of Pennsylvania, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing international programs and initiatives.

Prior to her role as Associate Director, Alison gained valuable experience as a Grad Student Worker and a Global Initiatives Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, demonstrating her dedication to continuous learning and growth.

Alison's professional journey also includes roles outside of the University of Pennsylvania, such as serving as a Proposal and Project Coordinator at Child Trends and a Program Assistant at DECA Inc. These experiences have further enriched her skill set and expanded her network within the education and global initiatives landscape.
