That's why the School of Business Career Mentor Program can be a game-changer for students in their professional development. Whether you've been mentoring for years, or new to the process, please consider applying to be a mentor for the 2023-24 program.
Undergraduate and graduate student mentees represent a wide range of diversity in age, professional and life experience. In order to optimize the mentorship experience, the application process allows mentors and mentees to prioritize a match based on industry, function and identity preferences.
The program kicks off in early November and runs through August of next year with the expectation that mentors and mentees will meet at least once a month in-person or virtually.

That's why the PSU Career Mentor Program is such an important way for students to develop professionally. Whether you've been mentoring for years, or new to the process, please consider applying to be a mentor for the 2023 program.
Student mentees are from the undergraduate and graduate school of business programs at PSU and range in age, professional and life experience. You can select your preferences on who you feel most confident to mentor in the application below. The program kicks off in January 2023 and will run through September 2023 with the expectation that mentors will meet with their student mentees on average once a month.
