Today I shared the exciting and bittersweet news that I’m transitioning from my SVP role to serve as an advisor at Agilent Technologies

I’m taking time to reflect, to consider how I can use my time, energy and talents in a way that more closely aligns with my passion and sense of purpose, in a way that leverages the breadth of my life experiences.

I don’t know what the future holds, but I am smiling as the sun shines upon my grateful and tired face. I am trusting that I’m becoming a more true me by unbecoming, little by little.

And I’m humbled, honored, and still stunned by the outpouring of love and admiration from my Agilent team - thank you for trusting me to lead you on what has been a grand adventure!

Last week I had the good pleasure of serving as Faculty for World 50 Group’s program for developing C-suite level talent - what an excellent experience!

William Ruh and I discussed how to navigate board dynamics, FD Wilder captured our undivided attention with Personal Leadership, and we put participants through their paces with crisis management and board room preparation.

With talent drawn from across industries, roles, genders and backgrounds it was one of the most diverse settings in which to experientially learn. Effective, connecting and truly inspiring.

I’m reminded - when our egos are checked and our minds are open, we are ripe to learn deeply, richly and occasionally in a transformational way. Thank you World 50 Group for creating the most inspiring environments to make “life long learning” a personally and professionally transformative experience.

A special shout out to Yvonne Wagner and Katie Waggamon for leading us through a wonderful week in California’s wine country.
