This week I had the opportunity to attend NextArrow's OpenHouse on The Critical Role of Coaching in Modern Learning Strategies.

As someone who coaches regularly as a part of my job, it can be so helpful to go back to foundations and practice fully understanding goals first before jumping into problem-solving mode. I learn something new every time I watch McKendree Hickory, PhD, Roi Ben-Yehuda, and Robleh D. Kirce work their coaching magic.

If you're looking to elevate your coaching programs as a part of your L&D strategy, highly recommend NextArrow.

It’s official! 🎉 Earlier this year I launched my consulting business working with growing, mission-driven organizations to help leaders tackle the trickiest parts of people management and build healthy, high performing teams.

My career to date has spanned non-profit, public, and private sectors across education, ed-tech, fin-tech, retail tech, and SaaS, but the common thread of my work has always been the critical role that people strategy plays in the health and success of any business.

Building from the ground up is a daunting task. I’ve always loved being a part of a team, so lone-wolfing it has been uncomfortable and onerous. I’m so grateful to have had the sage advice of some true experts, including those at The Upside, a community filled with high caliber consultants. A particular thank you to Diana Lyman, Shanna Hocking, Hallie Bregman, PhD, and Sable Lomax, M.S.Ed, SHRM-CP who have been so generous with their time and talents. As the proverb says, “if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.”

I’m also deeply appreciative of my former teammates KiMi Zuluaga, Katie Hart (Landrum), and Caro van Dijk whose support and cheerleading has been game changing, and Jenni Gritters who has been a vital coach and mentor. It takes a village.

Check out https://lnkd.in/gJAwyra2 or say hello at [email protected] - I’ve got space for two additional clients beginning in mid-August! Let’s work together to build workplaces where people flourish so that your business can thrive.
