He also founded Arrivedo, a global travel content creation software, and award-winning Pariwana Hostels with locations across Peru and Chile.

Alonso's educational background includes a Master's in Science of Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Global Competitiveness Leadership Program at Georgetown University, Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Political Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and studies at Universidad del Pacifico in Peru.

Throughout his career, Alonso Franco has been involved in various organizations, serving as a former co-founder of Peruvian Restaurants and a multi-brand dark kitchen testing platform at Peru Kitchens, member & board member at Es Hoy, board member at Pariwana Hostels, co-founder & CEO of Arrivedo, co-founder & CEO of Pariwana Hostels, associate at J.P. Morgan - Investment Bank, and co-founder & director at Grupo Estudiantil Convergencia.
