Alvah White is the founder of Decision Diagnostics, established in 1995. Prior to this role, Alvah served as the Director of Market Research at Allstate's Research and Planning Center in Menlo Park, California, and later as a Senior Director in Marketing/Strategy at their suburban Chicago headquarters.

Decision Diagnostics focuses on incorporating the perspectives of customers, associates, and members into the strategic and tactical decision-making processes of organizations. Alvah has extensive experience in conducting numerous studies related to Consumer/Member Behavior, Benefit Value Segmentation, Advertising and Marketing effectiveness, and leading focus groups with various stakeholders such as consumers, sales representatives, service intermediaries, and association members.
