Alyson Welch is a seasoned revenue leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the Enterprise data-platform, application security, and SaaS markets. She has a proven track record in building enterprise sales capabilities from the ground up in various types of organizations, from Fortune 1000 companies to early-stage startups. Alyson excels in designing and implementing hyper growth and turnaround strategies for revenue divisions ranging from $100M to $1.5B, as well as in developing next-generation leaders and scaling successful sales go-to-market engines.

Currently, Alyson Welch leads the Revenue functions at Neo4j, overseeing Direct + Indirect Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Revenue Operations, and more. In her previous role at Twilio, she spearheaded the establishment of the company's first North America Enterprise Sales organization, significantly contributing to Twilio's revenue growth from $300M to $3B in just 5 years.

Prior to Twilio, Alyson served as the Global Head of Sales at Zignal Labs, a startup focused on real-time media intelligence, where she successfully built the company's initial revenue organization and drove a 3x revenue increase in less than 18 months. With 14 years at Akamai, Alyson held various roles including Vice President of Sales, contributing significantly to scaling the company's revenue from $50M to $1.2B and doubling her division's revenue.

Alyson Welch kickstarted her tech career at Akamai as a Client Services Manager and progressively moved into leadership roles, showcasing her talent in managing product transitions, launching new markets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. She also founded Poppy, a Financial Wellness community for women, and serves on the board of Bucknell University’s Freeman School of Management. Additionally, Alyson is a sought-after speaker and mentor for Revenue leaders in the global technology industry.
