CHALLENGE YOURSELF! What a stunningly beautiful, but challenging hike yesterday. 14 miles of being a spec on the planet (of 8 billion) along some beautiful coastline in England. I found myself emotional at times, when I thought about how lucky I am to see these views. At other times and towards the end, I struggled. I’d tell myself, “one more hill, you’ve got this,” and I did. But, I made it to the end in my way. Such is life. Keep reminding yourself to challenge yourself, face your fears, and dig deep. Even face exhaustion. That’s how we learn and live a life others can only dream of. . . . . #challenge #challengeyourself #setgoals #achieve #achievement
I'm thrilled to share that a few days after my 44th birthday, I'm embarking on a brand-new academic journey this January. I'll be heading to the vibrant city of #London to pursue a one-year intensive Master's in #Psychology. This decision reflects my deep passion for understanding the human psyche, and my belief that there's no age limit to chasing our dreams or expanding our horizons.
I’m eager to dive into this rich field of study, embrace the challenges, and immerse myself in all that London and Regent's University London has to offer. I firmly believe that every experience adds a layer to our professional journey and personal growth.
To those who have crossed paths with me, thank you for your insights, collaboration, and encouragement. I'm excited to share updates from this new chapter and continue learning from all of you.
If anyone has advice, connections, or experiences related to studying in London or diving deep into psychology, specifically #organizationalpsychology I'd love to hear from you!
Here’s to lifelong learning and pushing boundaries! 📘✨
