The Manager, Applications & EDI is a working manager with a passion for people leadership, team building and cross functional collaboration. This manager has direct leadership of the Implementation team consisting of Implementation and EDI Analysts. As a passionate people leader, identifying opportunities for employee growth and career pathing is a high priority. The Manager is responsible for the success of implementation and ad hoc projects across our turn-key platform which revolves around NextGen Enterprise Practice Management. He or she ensures all projects meet deadlines and maintain our superior quality standards while also continually optimizing our processes. As a working manager, the person in this role will have implementation and other projects of their own which must be balanced with oversight of the team’s projects as well as personnel management responsibilities. Collaboration with others on the team, internal and external departments and vendors is key a component of this role.
