Amanda Frick is a dedicated nonprofit manager with a wealth of experience in program management and community development over a decade. She has worked in diverse sectors, environments, and cultures, always eager to enhance her nonprofit leadership skills.

Her passion lies in understanding and celebrating cross-cultural differences, enhancing nonprofit accountability through data and stakeholder feedback, mentoring the future nonprofit workforce, and optimizing service delivery by fostering collaboration between agencies.

Amanda holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from North Carolina State University.

She has played key roles at significant organizations, including as the Homeownership Sustainability Director at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville, Family Services Program Director at the same organization, Single Stop Program Director at Brooklyn Workforce Innovations, and as a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps.
