Amanda Lee
Amanda Lee is the Director of Practice Transformation at Access Community Health Network (ACCESS).1 In this role, she collaborates with ACCESS leaders and care team members to develop and implement strategies that improve the care delivery environment and promote accessible, trauma-informed, and value-based care across ACCESS’s 35 community health centers, which serve 185,000 patients annually in Cook and DuPage counties.1 Amanda ensures that the voices and expectations of the patients and communities ACCESS serves are central to their transformation roadmap.1
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Amanda has spearheaded initiatives such as the development and implementation of telehealth services, COVID-19 testing, and COVID-19 vaccination programs at ACCESS.1 She is also a Neubauer Civic Scholar, pursuing her second master’s degree at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.1
Amanda received her Master's of Science in Nursing from the Yale School of Nursing.3 She is licensed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.3 Amanda is also a practicing pediatric primary care nurse practitioner.1 She is an advocate for accessible, quality health care for children and families and believes in empowering patients through education.3 She also serves as Director of Health Equity at Access Community Health Network.2
