We've seen more and more security/privacy language make its way into MSAs over the last year. It's straightforward to imagine that any given supplier has agreed to slight (or even major) variations of a particular clause across its customer base. This is especially true for larger deals - you're more likely to deviate from your standard practice or SLA for a huge customer.
