Today I had the privilege to spend time with my Park Universty family in our new #ParkULeads training conducted by Amy Leslie and Haley Grayless, MSOD of Perspective Consulting - Predictive Index® Certified Partner. Today, we discussed the importance of establishing Team Culture with Psychological Safety.
For the past 3.5 years, I have had the privilege to work for a leader who brings this to the table every single day. She allows our team to grow, explore, create and make mistakes by listening, being truly positive, encouraging us and not being intimidated by our collective leadership abilities. Even though the public health and social justice pandemic that is 2020, she has continued to be humble, open and transparent.
