Amy Shumei Huang is an Assistant Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies for Art History at the University of Iowa's School of Art, Art History, and Design.2 She specializes in Chinese art, focusing on paintings, prints, and collecting practices of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.23

At the University of Iowa, she teaches introductory classes in Asian art and Chinese art, as well as seminars on East Asian paintings and prints, landscape art, and gardens.2
