Indeed is running its first ever Super Bowl commercial and I am feeling all the feels about it.
- I'm feeling eternally grateful that my cousin Sue introduced me to Indeed as a possible employer when I was looking for internships in college, and that I was mentored and trained by some pretty incredible and successful people.
- I'm feeling incredibly proud that the mission I've worked toward for the past 7 years is helping ALL people get jobs, and that I get to work alongside the most amazing work family while doing that.
- I'm also feeling really humbled, knowing the struggle the job search can be for so many and knowing I am so happy in my own job.
- And maybe most importantly, I'm feeling hopeful and inspired when considering all the opportunity that awaits for all the job seekers on their journeys and all the innovations Indeed continues to work on to make the job search experience a better one.
P.S. One of my favorite parts about this ad, is that the song "Rise Up" which is featured in the commercial is sung by Christian Shelton, who only started posting videos to Tiktok at the start of lockdown back in March. He's amazing. <3
