She holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has pursued additional certifications in Business and Sustainable Leadership from the University of Cambridge, as well as in Political Journalism from Georgetown University.

With an impressive career trajectory, Amy has held key positions in various renowned organizations. Notable roles include ESG and Sustainability Advisor at Porter Novelli, Member Board Of Directors at Toad&Co, Member Board Of Trustees at Ski and Snow, and Sustainability Consultant at Sea to Summit Head Office.

Amy's leadership experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Brand Impact and Product Sustainability at The North Face, Executive Director at Outdoor Industry Association, Chief Sustainability Officer at MEC, and Vice President of Government Affairs and Corporate Sustainability at Outdoor Industry Association.

She also has a strong background in government affairs, having worked as the Director of Public and Government Affairs at Micron Technology, Press Secretary and Director of Communications at the Office of Idaho Governor Philip Batt, and as a Print and Broadcast Journalist at NPR, Idaho Statesman, KTVB, and PBS.
