Prior to this initiative, she successfully transformed the KABOOM! brand to address racial equity and emphasize playspaces as an equity issue.

Amy's previous experience includes leading the Livable Communities agenda at AARP, focusing on ensuring successful aging for older adults in their communities.

She holds a BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and has worked in various roles at organizations like AARP, RTC, and SRC Software.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Amy is an enthusiastic traveler and enjoys spending time with her family on adventures.
