Ana Célia de Magalhães, affectionately known as Aninha, possesses over 22 years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). With her ambitious spirit and keen insight into human behaviors, Ana has significantly contributed to the development, implementation, restructuring, and management of various subsystems within the HR domain. Her proven track record showcases her ability to implement effective processes, establish regulations, and enact policies that support organizational growth and adaptability in the ever-changing workplace environment.
A dedicated specialist, Aninha's areas of expertise include Recruitment and Selection (R&S), Training and Development (T&D), performance evaluation, organizational climate assessment, personnel administration, labor legislation, and diversity. Her hands-on approach ensures that individuals and teams feel supported and empowered as they navigate their careers. One of her notable accomplishments is her pivotal role in the hiring, training, and management of support teams for high-profile events such as CCXP 17 and 18 as well as Game XP 17 and 18 while serving at the Omelete Company. Not only has she been influential in the corporate sphere, but Ana is also a clinical psychologist, where she dedicates time to her private consulting practice. Her experience encompasses providing care to hospitalized patients, assisting individuals through career transitions, and addressing psychological challenges, including burnout, depression, and anxiety that may arise from work-related stress.
With a strong academic foundation, Ana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista and has pursued multiple advanced studies to enhance her knowledge and skill set. Her academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Inclusive Environments Management from EAD / UNIVERSIDADE CIDADE DE SP, and graduate studies in Mental Health and Traffic Psychology at IPEMIG. She also completed an extension course on Mental Health and Psychosocial Attention during COVID-19 at FIOCRUZ - Fundação Oswaldo Cruz. This comprehensive education enables her to tackle mental health issues and promote well-being among employees and clients alike, surfacing as a crucial ADD in the organizations she collaborates with.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ana has held key roles in several influential companies, including serving as the Human Resources Manager at both the Omelete Group and ampfy. Her earlier experience includes important positions such as HR Analyst at Grupo Brasanitas and a Senior HR Analyst role at Grupo NotreDame Intermédica. These roles have not only honed her HR skills but also reinforced her passion for improving organizational climate and performance through strategic people management.
