Her tenure as Senior Director at Shamash—a program under Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice—afforded her the opportunity to advocate for racial and economic justice, while her role as Associate Director of West Coast Programs at OneTable emphasized her dedication to creating inclusive spaces for individuals from all walks of life.
With a strong focus on education and outreach, Analucía has served as Program Director at JIMENA (Jews Indigenous to the Middle East and North Africa) and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Portland State University. Analucía Lopezrevoredo is a proud academic whose educational journey has been both rich and varied. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Work and Social Research from Portland State University, where she developed an expertise in socially just practices and participatory methodologies. Her studies in International and Comparative Education at the University of the Philippines and Cross-Cultural Education at the University of Ghana expanded her global perspective and deepened her understanding of educational inequities across cultures.
Previous to her doctoral studies, she earned a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Education from the University of the Pacific. In addition to her advanced degrees, Analucía holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Urban Studies, and European Studies from Loyola Marymount University—laying the groundwork for her analytical approach toward social issues.
