I walked away super excited about the future of in-house legal practice where we will be able to streamline routine tasks, minimize email back and forth, and dramatically reduce our expenses through the use of technology! Few examples of what I saw:

The ability to natively open a markup you received in Word, the CLM automatically flagging the changes made and the ability to close out of Word and having it autosave into the CLM directly - no uploading, no renaming, no redlining.

The ability to require contract requesters to complete detailed forms so that you don't have to go back to your business partners and ask for follow-up information, all of which creates extra emails and lots of delay.

The ability to ask your CLM: "Can you pull a list of all the contracts that have a non-compete clause?" This was HOURS upon HOURS of billable work as a junior associate that can now be done far more efficiently, whether it's for populating disclosure schedules or just good governance to ensure your organization doesn't accidentally violate any contracts.
There was a lot more that I was impressed by, including the beautiful UI, which felt like something we all normally use (not some awkward, clunky software that feels like it's from the 90s). Oh and you can literally search through the text of EVERY contract in one box - imagine Google for all of your organization's contracts.
