Anders Lavesen began his journey as partner and Chief Legal Officer at Qblue Balanced, a prosperous Danish asset management firm, on 1 October 2023. The company, founded by Bjarne Graven Larsen, formerly CIO at ATP and Ontario Teachers, and a team of experienced investment professionals from ATP, focuses on strategic investments using systematic approaches, financial models, and sustainability-centered analysis.

In addition to his role at Qblue Balanced, Anders Lavesen is actively involved as an investor in BifrostConnect, a Danish startup specializing in secure hardware-based remote access for IT and OT equipment, eliminating the need for software installations or internet connectivity. He closely follows the evolving regulations in cybersecurity and remote access, particularly in critical infrastructure such as NIS2 and DORA.

Prior to joining Qblue Balanced, Anders Lavesen served as a partner at Kromann Reumert, specializing in M&A and corporate law until 30 September 2023. During his tenure, he provided legal assistance to a diverse clientele, including large financial institutions, listed companies, fund-owned groups, private equity firms, partnership-owned consultancies, international IT enterprises, corporates, alternative investment funds, financial establishments, business angels, and startups. He held key leadership roles at Kromann Reumert, serving as managing partner and chairman of the board of directors.

Anders Lavesen's educational background includes studying Cand. jur., Jura at Københavns Universitet, the University of Copenhagen.
