With a strong educational foundation, Andrea Goldstein holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Chicago, and has pursued studies in Military Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College. Her academic journey began at Trinity School in NYC, where she completed her high school diploma. Hailing from New York State, Andrea has deep-rooted connections to various regions within the state, including Buffalo, New York City, and Kinderhook.

Fellow Legionnaires (The American Legion members)! Did you know that Sons of the American Legion remains the only member of the Legion family that is still gender-segregated? To change the "Sons of the American Legion" to "Sons and Daughters" at the national level and open it to all descendants (incluing step- and great-grandaughters, who are currently excluded from the Auxiliary), a local post must first pass a resolution. Then it has to go to the county, the state level, and eventually to the national convention.
So that's just what my post, American Legion Post 184 in Hudson, NY (and then Columbia County) did. Message me for a copy of the resolution to bring forward in your posts.

I look at this photo and swell with pride and gratitude. In support of the President's priorities, I serve alongside these people to advance high quality healthcare such as for mammography, reproductive healthcare, or for those who were exposed to toxic burn pits. To ensure an environment free of sexual violence in DoD and VA. To ensure that all who are qualified can serve--and then get the healthcare and benefits they've earned and deserve when they come home. And those who are promoting our national security through all of the instruments of national power.
