I'm a bit late to the resolutions party, but they say that holding yourself accountable publicly helps to stay true to your resolutions. So, here I am! Sharing my 2023 year-end and 2024 resolutions and two milestones I recently hit in connection to them.
First, in H2 2023, I decided to connect more frequently with fellow People leaders to enrich how I add value to my role and the organizations I work for. Hence, I joined the Open Org programs and graduated from the Open Org Cohort #2 (OOC2) in December 2023. Not only did I get the chance to connect with some inspirational People leaders during the program, but I also got to dig deeper into the mission that Adam Horne and 📖 John Faulkner-Willcocks propose to the industry. It's something that I clicked with from the very first moment I came across it and something that I believe is "the way" forward for all organizations 🛣

Second, I decided that 2024 will be the year I'll give back ☘ to the "all things people" community by sharing more of my domain knowledge. Over the years, I have been privileged to work within great organizations alongside awesome People leaders and professionals.
