I find myself again being humbled and inspired by everyone's response to the extraordinary times we are facing.
I'm inspired by how the business psychology, sales, marketing, and art teams have collaboratively been working to put together content to support our partners as best we can.
This came from nothing to hours of quality content with record-smashing audiences in less than 48 hrs in the middle of a national emergency. That is one amazing example of teamwork if I have ever seen one.
I'm inspired by the hard work our therapy team has been doing reaching out to all those that need us at a time like this. We have been seeing people going through some difficult times at work and we have been there to support them.
I'm inspired by our development team who are contending with a horrendous deadline and been pulling out all the stops to make it happen. I hate deadlines and they always make me feel bad. Unfortunately, there has not been a good way around this one as many things hinge on it and now, more than ever, we are in high demand and under great scrutiny.
In short, I feel privileged to be part of such an amazing group of individuals. We are all making the lives of many, many people better through one of the worst events in recent history. Well done Thrive team!
