Andres Morales is a highly skilled and solutions-focused manager with over fifteen years of experience at national and international levels in program management, focusing on youth and volunteering development, non-formal education, leadership development, and children's rights across multiple continents.

With a master's degree in International Negotiation and Policy Making from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Andres has specialized studies in Childhood and Youth Studies from the Open University in the United Kingdom, advanced studies in nonviolent conflict from Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University for Peace (UPEACE) - a United Nations-mandated institution.

Andres has held key roles in various organizations, including being the Volunteering & Youth Development Regional Coordinator at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Programme Officer at ICMC, Civil Society Coordinating Office, Global Forum on Migration and Development, and Unit Manager at WOSM - World Organization of the Scout Movement, among others.

His expertise spans project management, capacity building, knowledge management, advocacy, communications, and establishing communities of practice globally. Andres has extensive experience working in more than 65 countries worldwide, championing the rights of children and young people, promoting volunteering development, and advocating for peacebuilding and cooperation initiatives.
