Andrew Bartholomew is a technology executive with a strong background in data, growth, and product development. He has a proven track record of owning business plans, leading top line results, managing large teams, and contributing at the executive level.

Currently, Andrew is focused on building an independent consulting practice where he assists Series A and B founders in refining their business models, go-to-market strategies, and data-driven decision-making processes.

As the SVP of Strategy at Squarespace, Andrew played a pivotal role in the company's extraordinary growth from under $25 million in revenue and 70 employees to over $500 million in revenue and 1,100 employees. He oversaw crucial areas such as Data Science, Business Development, International Strategy, Localization, and key product groups.

During his tenure at Air, Andrew led initiatives related to go-to-market strategies and business model refinements, resulting in significant growth in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and year-over-year ARR growth rate.

Andrew's educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Yale University and a Diploma in 2005 from Chestnut Hill Academy.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held various key positions such as Independent Consultant, Head of Strategy and Growth at Air, SVP of Strategy, VP of Strategy, Director of Strategy Operations, Engagement and Growth, and Business Intelligence Team Lead at Squarespace. He has also worked in roles at the New York County District Attorney's Office, Stillman, Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, Yale University, US Ticks, and The Academy of Natural Sciences.
