Here we are, 2023. We find ourselves stumbling down this winding road, still reeling from the challenges of the last several years and uncertain on what is to come. The only thing I'm certain of is love wins and connection matters - specifically to ourselves, others and the natural world.
Two years ago, we founded Integrated.vc on the premise that we could identify a better way to address some of the critical challenges we face within mental health by investing in a new paradigm of care. Beyond the capital, our goal is to dedicate ourselves to supporting transformation for our team, our community and our partners - both personally and professionally. What ensued was nothing short of magic, raising nearly ~70M, investing in 12 transformational companies and working with our partners at Reconsider.org to establish a physical presence in Hudson Valley to support several communities in need - including veterans, first responders and nurses to name a few. All of this happened in a period where COVID was just starting to reach its peak levels and our society was hampered by a heightened state of fear and anxiety.
Two years later we’re still facing considerable headwinds of what is to come, yet I couldn’t be more proud of the work we’re doing and our partners who are actively trying to make the world a better, healthier place.
