Highlights
I grew up in Maine but haven’t lived there in 23 years. It’s amazing how it’s changed over that time. We used to have a brain drain problem, and now we have an influx of incredible talent from across the country moving there for the lifestyle, culture and natural resources. In the last couple years I’ve been able to spend more time getting involved in the Maine startup community, and the energy and momentum are truly palpable. I’m excited to go back to Portland for Startup Maine Week May 14-17. Come be a part of it. And shoot me a note if you’re in town. We can grab a coffee or even better go for a boat ride!
The future of education will be very different. More affordable, flexible and self-directed...but also less human. Here's what I think based on real data and insights from Wyzant's marketplace.
