Andrew Horowitz is a seasoned telecommunications entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience in the industry.

In 1983, he founded Office Telephone Management (OTM), a shared-service provider specializing in integrated voice and data communications products and services for multi-tenant office buildings in Southern California.

He successfully sold OTM to Intermedia Communications in 1995, later acquired by Worldcom.

Since the sale of OTM, Andrew has been actively engaged in diverse domestic and international telecommunications consulting projects, mentoring initiatives, and investment opportunities.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stanford University.

Andrew is deeply involved in the startup ecosystem and is a member of prestigious organizations such as Tech Coast Angels and Investors Circle.

He also serves as the Chairman of the advisory board of the Venture Finance Institute at Claremont Graduate University and is the founding partner of the LA Chapter of Social Venture Partners.

Furthermore, Andrew is a board member of the Social Enterprise Institute, showcasing his commitment to social entrepreneurship and innovative business models.

His primary expertise lies in angel investing, where he actively participates in identifying and supporting promising startup ventures.
