Highlights
A little over two years ago, High Street Residential and BDT & MSD Partners reached out to No Walls Studio with a challenge: to redefine what "luxury" means in Austin, Texas. Their goal was to move beyond the buzzword and deeply understand its essence, pinpointing a clear target audience while crafting an iconic residence that would encapsulate Austin’s evolving identity and elevate it from a hidden American gem to a global destination.
Meet 700 River 👋 — residences for the discerning and culturally curious. This development represents the future of Austin, elevated; a place that exceeds our customers’ exceedingly high expectations.
When crafting the 700 River brand, we infused every touchpoint with a sense of Cosmopolitan Energy. Designed for the urbane, world travelers, and culture enthusiasts, the brand captures the perfect harmony of downtown vibrancy and tranquil waterside living. Its identity is both sophisticated and stylish, seamlessly blending Austin’s genuine character with its global ambitions. Native colors ground the brand in a sense of place, while abstract patterns echo the city’s dynamic evolution and vibe.
We brought the 700 River brand to life across every customer interaction, from renderings to collateral, wayfinding and signage, music curation, uniforms, web, and social media. Partnering with the development team, we pushed the boundaries, merging elements from our favorite high-end hotels with a multifamily rental experience. Whether it’s curated playlists for different zones in the building, a uniform system tailored to various management roles, branded communication guidelines, art installations in every amenity space and corridor, unique events that break the mold, or a custom welcome package —every detail was designed to immerse residents in the 700 River lifestyle.
Our expansive efforts aimed to set a new standard for high-end living in Austin, creating a place that not only reflects the city’s unique character but also elevates it to new heights.

In the realm of branding or spatial design, innovative ideas often emerge that push the boundaries of possibility or challenge conventional tastes. With 3D visualization, these concepts can be brought to life with stunning clarity and precision before ever putting a shovel in the ground, submitting plans for review or having your partners sign-off. By harnessing this technology, designers can effectively communicate their vision, transforming abstract ideas into tangible, immersive branded experiences. Whether it's crafting futuristic environments or reimagining traditional spaces, 3D visualization serves as a vital tool in crystalizing branded moments and bringing them to life in the physical world. ... 📸 @sashabikoff ©️ all credits to the makers (see tagged) ... #DesignInspiration #InnovativeSpaces #CreativeMinds #PlacemakingDesign #BrandExperience #SpaceDesign #HumanExperience #HumanCenteredDesign #placemaking #design #branding #brand #people #place #perspective #perspectives #nowallsperspective #realestate #creativity #architecture #interiordesign #3D #3Dvisual #rendering #vaporwave ... 🖤 Follow @𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀.𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (https://buff.ly/3VMPpKI) on Instagram for spotlights on placemaking, branding, and everything in between.
