Andrew Johnston is a seasoned professional with a diverse background encompassing over 15 years of experience in leading business development, sales, technical product management, and physical & data operations across multiple industries.

Currently, Andrew serves as a commercialization and restructuring consultant, providing support to venture-backed and privately held tough technology companies in relaunching commercial activities and achieving efficient scalability.

His accomplishments include successfully commercializing a $65M renewable energy plant that converted food waste into Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and electricity, overcoming challenges resulting from the failure of key counterparts in the process.

Andrew's expertise extends to both domestic and international markets, covering all stages of growth from inception to IPO. He has a broad skill set in hardware/software, business-to-business (B2B), and business-to-consumer/government (B2C/G), with notable experience in co-founding and selling a wireless telecom business.

Educationally, Andrew holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) as well as an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Additionally, he pursued studies in Applied Mathematics at Dartmouth College and obtained Bachelor's degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held key positions in various organizations, including roles such as Commercialization and Restructuring Consultant, Owner, VP of Product, Founder, Research Fellow, Co-Founder/CEO, Manager of Energy Intelligence, Process Specialist, and Project Manager, among others.

His educational background, coupled with his extensive hands-on experience across multiple sectors, reflects a strategic and multifaceted approach to problem-solving, innovation, and business growth.
