Andrew Kandolha

Director and Founder

Andrew Kandolha is the co-founder of SATURDAYS, a rapidly growing omnichannel eyewear brand based in Indonesia. Originally from the United States, Andrew has an extensive background in finance and strategic management, complemented by an MBA. He moved to Indonesia after completing his MBA to gain experience in emerging markets, where he eventually co-founded SATURDAYS with Rama Suparta.

SATURDAYS was established to address the lack of stylish, affordable, and high-quality eyewear options in Indonesia. The brand combines innovative retail strategies with a customer-centric approach, offering free eye exams and a seamless shopping experience through its app, website, and physical stores. Since its inception, SATURDAYS has expanded significantly, operating 51 stores across 19 cities as of mid-2024.124

Andrew's leadership has been instrumental in scaling SATURDAYS from a side project to a disruptive player in the eyewear industry. His vision focuses on transforming the traditional eyewear market by making eye care more accessible and fashionable for Indonesians.23
