Energy and Sustainability expert with experience managing large risks within a Fortune 500 insurance company

Andrew Kennedy is a Reinsurance Manager at Chubb where he assesses credit for insurance companies and underlying credit holders to determine Chubb's level of involvement.

Andrew began his career with the US Department of Agriculture handling federal programs related to commodity pricing, crop insurance, and the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP).

Andrew then transitioned to ACE Group Ltd as a Senior Risk Analyst, where he analyzed credit risk exposure, conducted financial analysis, presented risk assessments to senior management, and oversaw regulatory reporting in multiple countries.

During his tenure at ACE, Andrew also managed two start-up ventures. At ARK Innovations, an energy development company, he supervised projects in cogeneration and solar energy generation. At ARK 18 Real Estate, a real estate development firm, he directed property acquisition, finance, and renovation design.

In terms of education, Andrew holds an MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship and a Master's in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Washington College.

Apart from his professional roles, Andrew serves as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, has held positions such as AVP Risk Analyst at Chubb and Director of Business Development at Axcel Capital Group, and has experience at Merrill Lynch and Washington College as well.
