Highlights
One year ago, I began the next chapter of my professional career at Pharma Logistics. Each day has pushed me out of my comfort zone; presented new challenges, surprises, and unbelievable opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
I deeply appreciate everyone who helped me stay motivated during tough times and to those who are constantly challenging me to become a better person. This past year wouldn’t have been possible without every one of you – something I will never forget.
As I reflect back, here are a few of my takeaways:
- First, never be afraid to break away from the daily ‘routine’ while pushing yourself to grow both personally and professionally.
- Secondly, whenever you assume a new role, focus on building trust and deepening relationships. It can be a stressful time and there will be a lot of things to think about, but never disregard the importance of connecting with those around you.
