Andrew Lyness is a resilient and bold individual with a background in springboard diving and a successful career in customer success within the tech industry. Despite initial struggles in diving, he persisted and achieved 9th place in his college conference. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, History, and Maritime Studies from Williams College, Andrew also holds certificates in Strategy Execution and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online. His expertise lies in customer success, strategy, and risk mitigation, and he is dedicated to promoting diversity in the tech field. Andrew has held various roles at Persado, including Director and Senior Customer Success Manager, as well as positions at SV Academy, Sound®, and Williams College.

Having a career pinch-me moment as we wrap up 2022.
I grew up in a small, rural town in western Colorado in a family full of hard workers. Due to various factors, opportunities were limited for us to grow professionally, so I made it my mission to be my family's first college grad and try and rewrite our script.
My first milestone was hit in 2017 after successfully graduating from Williams College #goephs
Since then, I've continued to try and make my family proud as a working professional, and as I sit here reflecting on my recent promotion into a dream role in an industry that's so exciting, I cannot help but be enormously grateful for all of the mentors and advisors I've had along the way that helped me see my potential.
To Rahim Fazal, Noorin Fazal, Joel Scott — thank you for being among the first to believe in me and help open doors to tech through SV Academy I didn't know were possible. The work you do has and continues to change lives.
