His education includes an Executive MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, an MPP (Master's of Public Policy) from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Hartford.

Andrew has been involved in various organizations, founding and co-founding companies such as Open Range, BrightHive, Data Analysts for Social Good, Big Elephant Studios, and The Impact Lab.

He has held key positions at reputable organizations including Senior Director Global Impact Data Strategy at Salesforce.org, Chairman of the Board at EverFree, Executive Director of Uptake.org at Uptake, and Associate Director at the Center for Data Science & Public Policy at the University of Chicago.

Prior roles include managerial positions at Groupon, the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and the 5812 Group, as well as research and academic roles at the University of Chicago.
