Andrew Nalani

Steinhardt Doctoral Fellow at Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development

Dr. Andrew Nalani is an extensively educated professional with a background in Psychology and Social Intervention. He obtained a Ph.D. through the Doctoral Training program at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Prior to his doctoral studies, Andrew completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Dartmouth College and pursued his International Baccalaureate Diploma at UWC-USA. Additionally, he furthered his education by attaining a Master of Education (Ed.M.) from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

In terms of professional engagements, Andrew has been involved in various organizations and roles. Notably, he served as a Steinhardt Doctoral Fellow at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. He was also a Co-founder at ALE - The African Leadership Experience. Furthermore, he gained experience as a Research Assistant at the Making Caring Common Project at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to these roles, he held positions such as Deans Office Student Consultant at Dartmouth College, Penelope W. and Roe Stamps IV Leadership Scholar at Dartmouth College, and Undergraduate Research Intern at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, among others.
