Andrew's professional journey spans over 25 years at the British Council, where he specialized in international development management. During his tenure, he resided in various countries like the Philippines, Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Turkey, and Yugoslavia, managing and directing British Council offices and programs.

His expertise lies in designing and executing educational and governance projects for esteemed organizations like ODA (DFID), the European Commission (EC), the World Bank, and foreign governments.

His key specialties include International Development Management, Cultural Relations, social enterprise, and climate change.

In addition to his roles at Village Water and other organizations, Andrew has also been actively involved in the Hatfield Rotary Club, where he serves as Treasurer and member.
